Shikha Solutions, operated by Aanant Goyal in Jaipur, uses the information you provide to respond to your request and deliver the support you ask for.

Information you provide

Our forms collect your name, email, mobile number, company or business stage, stated challenge and, for the assessment, your answers and scores. The checklist mobile number is optional. We also record campaign tags (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term) and the page where your visit began to understand which content brought an enquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver your checklist or assessment, respond to your enquiry and send the one relevant follow-up you consent to by email or WhatsApp. Form consent does not subscribe you to a recurring newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.

Services that process information

Our website is hosted on Vercel and emails are delivered through Resend. Form details may be processed by these providers and received in our business email inbox. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn or our booking service, that service also handles information under its own privacy policy. Providers may process information outside India.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure website visits, engagement, traffic sources and successful enquiries. Meta Pixel records page visits and successful enquiry events for advertising measurement and retargeting. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or assessment answers in Google Analytics or Pixel event parameters. Google Analytics receives a form type label, not the information you enter. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can decline optional tracking without affecting the assessment or checklist. Use Tracking preferences in the footer to change your choice. Campaign tags are kept in browser session storage to maintain attribution during your visit.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw permission for follow-up, by writing to anant@shikhasolutions.com. To stop WhatsApp follow-up, reply STOP. We retain enquiries while needed to respond, provide agreed support or meet applicable obligations, and review information for removal when it is no longer needed.
