Starting an engagement

A website enquiry or discovery call does not create a paid engagement. The written proposal and agreement set the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule and commercial terms before work begins.

Prices and commercial terms

Service pages show the indicative engagement fee. Before accepting a proposal, confirm the total payable, whether GST applies and whether it is included, payment milestones, cancellation or rescheduling terms and any expenses. The on-site visit duration and any travel costs must be agreed in writing. Ask for clarification before paying if any of these details are missing.
